Abstract In intelligent substations, the MMS Lite software package is widely used to realize station control layer network communication based on IEC61850. The protocol uses BER coding of ASN.1, so there more redundant information, which affects transmission efficiency. Under background domestic independent in power industry, have been increasingly urgent demands for transforming and upgrading substations protocol. This paper proposes a heterogeneous data fusion method secondary equipment substation monitoring systems, supports simultaneous access interaction bay-level CMS thread synchronization mechanism studied avoid avalanche loss caused by transient failure, improve safety reliability operation maintenance, further improves support monitoring, remote access, other services centralized master station.
